What is the J.View?

What does J.View mean? Maybe you saw the name and tried to figure out if it's a technical term or something to do with 360 cameras or 3rd person perspective. Well the answer is very simple. The 'J' is an abbreviation for my son Julius. J-View or Julius' view is the view that he had in his early years of life when I put him in a baby carrier on my back and hiked with him on my back in the mountains. As seen in the accompanying picture he would look over my shoulder and take in the scenery as me moved down the trail.

Julius suffered a brain injury at birth which resulted in cerebral palsy and with the level of injury he suffered he has not been able to walk in his life. I was determined to bring him into the mountains that I love to experience the sights, sounds and smells of the alpine setting. I was able to do that with him until he was about 9 on my back and we have found new ways to get out in nature as he has gotten bigger and heavier.

So "J.View" simply means Julius' view. The product and company are dedicated to him for all he has endured in his life and inspired in my life. No matter what obstacles come my way it will never be too much compared what Julius has endured with the manifestation of his injury. It keeps things in perspective for me and helps me push on. He inspired me to bring Julius' View to the market.
